good news.. they aren't hard to learn. first start by stretching well then lay on your back and go up into a bridge. push your back up hard and stretch like that for a minute.. do it a few times. as that gets easier start walking your hands towards each other and stretching your back even more.
next step is to go into a bridge and lift one leg up while still pushing up.. it takes balance but it will do the stretch you need to get over.
after a few days of that stretching try going up into a bridge with your leg up... walk your hands as close to your feet as possible then use your abs to pull yourself over... after you can kick over from the ground confidently then try it standing up
stand with your feet further apart at first then do a backbend and use the kicking you practiced right away. it'll seem awkward at first but it'll get smoother.
**get better faster tip... do lower ab crunches. most of a walkover is in the abs. lay on your stomach, cross your legs and hold them straight in the air then stay flat on your back and use your abs to lift your legs... this gets your lower abs**
