i have a really random question: as long as your overage, its not illegal to get drunk as long as you don't drive, right? lol i know its a really weird question but please answer thx!

As long as your over the legal age and that you're not harming anyone then it's completely legal to get drunk. Although you can sometimes get put in a cell overnight if you are in the street drunk and the police feel that you could be a danger to yourself or others.

yeah its okay to be drunk if your overage, but you can be arrested for public intoxication(i beleive its called) and thats going out in public drunk and acting like a maniac.
