does an adopted child has right to know who her real parents are? why or why not

Legally? I'm not so sure that they do. I don't know if the confidentiality of birth parents remains the same for every adoption agency/orphanage.

On a personal level, I think everyone deserves to know where they come from. I understand that circumstances exist where people shouldn't get involved, especially at a young age. Decisions were made and to go back on them might cause a split between an adopted child and the people that adopted them. It brings up a lot of problems, but I still think someone deserves to know who their biological parents are. That's just my opinion.
