For breakfast i have a bowl of healthy cereal & a glass of milk. then at lunch i have a small salad & milk..if your school doesn't have salads try eating something only healthy. Then for an after school snack i usually have subway. Then i have danceline practice for 2.5 hours and then studio dance for a few hours after that, so in that time you could go for a run and do sit ups for your excersize.
