Does anyone know really good diet plans that bring healthy results for a 14 year old girl? thanks

8 small meals a day. very little suger. very little carbs. <b><u>no pills, no starving.</b></u> regular excercise. got to get your heart going and the sweat flowing. thats it. everything else is a scam or unsafe. good luck.

Well i just started a diet and its helped for me!! For breakfast i have a bowl of healthy cereal & a glass of milk. then at lunch i have a small salad & milk..if your school doesn't have salads try eating something only healthy. Then for an after school snack i usually have subway. Then i have danceline practice for 2.5 hours and then studio dance for a few hours after that, so in that time you could go for a run and do sit ups for your excersize. Then for dinner i eat what my mom makes, but in smaller portions! hope i helped & good luck!
