MELiixMARiiE answered Tuesday November 8 2005, 8:35 pm: Well instead of eating two trays of food at lunch, only eat one. Cut down all your foods by like, half. Read the back to see how much sugar and fat everything contains, and if it's too much.. then don't eat it. Ask your mother to help you. Ask her to make you a special healthy dinner and to not buy any junk food so you won't be urged to eat it. Maybe even try asking your mother for a personal trainer or something. Or just be your own. Go walking out in the morning, then turn walking into jogging, and jogging into running someday. And just do this daily, and slowly the pounds will go down and down. Maybe even buy some exercise videos. I don't think this should get so drastic as to result to MAURY. This can be solved by yourself. Also you should hate on yourself so much. =/ That's not helping anything. You just need to think about how great you'll be looking whenever you lose some weight =D and as you work out, you need to gain some more confidence in yourself. People like people who have a lot of self confidence =]I hope I helped!
