mmkay, you're problly thinking that i could answer this myself. and i thought i could as well, but.. lets start off by saying- everyday i keep thinking every second about what im going to eat.. im around 5'4 (it depends) and i weigh various.. sometimes its 150 and others its 158. i know im overweight but my friends (who are very supporitive) tell me im "skinny" and i know they have to be just saying that... i'd be SO much more happy w/ myself and be a lot more carefree if i were skinny. i thought i could work out everyday for an hour and a half and instead of snacking of junk- snack on fruits that i like... and also by doing 100 sit-ups a day... i have been wanting to do that for a month but i never have.. AHHH! im so frusterated.... please help. <3

Teza answered Monday November 7 2005, 9:56 pm: I think that you might be addicted to food. The best thing to do is go to a nutritionist. They will figure everything out. Like what foods you need to cut out and they will give you a diet plan. Talk to your parents about it and ask if that would be okay. It's a really good idea though. You need to stick with this. The reason you aren't losing weight is because you get bored and you don't feel like doing it. Instead of drinking a soda, take water. When you want to snack, make a salad. You have to try and do that and once you get used to eating healthier it will be much easier. Excersising doesn't have to be boring or hard. Have a friend over and go out for a walk.
