chubby stomach

i have quite a chubby stomach and i have been doing about 60 crunches each night and i havent seen much results.. i know in a few weeks i might but i dont want to waste my time doing crunches and find out it didnt work.. so anyone that had experience.. does crunches really work?

they do work.. really well. but you need to be doing more then 60 . every day you should increase by 5.
because your body gets used to doing 60 . and it doesnt work. but if you make the numbers higher and higher, you have to work to get it.

you can also try doing 60 in the morning, then 65 at night. then 70 the next morning then 75 the next night.. and so on

Yes, crunches will help. It takes more than just crunches to work off fat though. Watch how many calories you take in during the day. You aren't wasting your time, but you will need to keep working at it for quite a while to get a skinny stomach.

okay
1. crunches are good at night but:
- they dont do all the work to get that flat stomach
2. start to exercise
- hit the local gym
or
- do lots of things that are endurance
3. think healthy food
- watch what yew eat. no sugars.
4. do a sport
- sports always keep yew going &nd in shape
