i have quite a chubby stomach and i have been doing about 60 crunches each night and i havent seen much results.. i know in a few weeks i might but i dont want to waste my time doing crunches and find out it didnt work.. so anyone that had experience.. does crunches really work?
AGEHA answered Tuesday November 8 2005, 11:29 pm: Yes, crunches will help. It takes more than just crunches to work off fat though. Watch how many calories you take in during the day. You aren't wasting your time, but you will need to keep working at it for quite a while to get a skinny stomach. [ AGEHA's advice column | Ask AGEHA A Question ]

1. crunches are good at night but:
- they dont do all the work to get that flat stomach
2. start to exercise
- hit the local gym
or
- do lots of things that are endurance
3. think healthy food
- watch what yew eat. no sugars.
4. do a sport
- sports always keep yew going &nd in shape
