ok well there is this guy at my school who really likes me and I really like him too. However, I have been with my boyfriend for 3 months and lately I have been questioning my feelings about him and me. But when I think of breaking up with him i get really upset to the point where my eyes tear up. And this weekend I went over to my friends house on Saturday and he laid on the bed next to me and had his arms around me and he also held my hand....and then I went back over Sunday and he was constantly holding my hand and I don't think we let go for more than about 10 minutes, he would put his arm around me when he was behind me and then later on that night before i left he kissed me. And I kind of enjoyed this but I don't know how to tell my boyfriend. And I want to take a break from him but he said he doesn't do breaks and he doesn't give his ex-girlfriends another chance so this is the only chance I have with him, and I'm afraid that I'm going to regret my decision. What do I do?

I don't think anyone wants to date a liar, thats probably the worst quality. But, if you are feeling really guilty about what you did to your boyfriend, and you have found you really love him.. then stop what your doing with the other guy, he probably isnt worth it in the long run if you think you'll never get the special thing you have now back.
On the other hand, if you and your boyfriend are experiencing fights and arent getting along, i suggest you play around. If your young and not happy, why be with someone who makes you unhappy? Life is too short
say_whaaat answered Monday November 7 2005, 9:09 pm: Ok first off, don't take this the wrong way
but... you're what, Somewhere between 13 and 16
years old?
I'll get to the guy advice in a moment, just hear me out.
This is the time of life when you're just beginning
to be able to tell the difference between 2% and whole milk.
The LAST thing you need to be doing is stressing yourself
out over some boy who you're probably not even going
to remember all that well in another 10 years.
Focus on SCHOOL and an education. The more you
use your brain in the next few years, the easier
it's going to be for you to make REAL life decisions
later.
The smart thing to do would be to answer your own
questions about your feelings for your boyfriend.
Does he support you in everything you do? Is he
kind and considerate? Does he help you out when you
need it? You already know the answers. Make
the decision you know is right and start focusing
on your education.
The other boy? I would deal with that after you
figure out what you're going to do about your current bf.
I'm sure you won't like my advice and I'm sorry about
that. My advice is based on reality and the only
way to know the benefits of it would be to follow
it and find out I'm right in about 20 years.
That's life ;) [ say_whaaat's advice column | Ask say_whaaat A Question ]
donttread answered Monday November 7 2005, 8:08 pm: Well, you can have either of those guys. They both like you, so the decision is all up to you. You just need to ask yourself how great of a guy this friend of yours is. I'm sure he understands you have a boyfriend and won't force you to leave him. You can continue what you're doing, but there's always a chance your boyfriend might find out. Try to make a list of the good and bad aspects of each person or something. It might help. You should really make this decision sooner rather than later. Sorry if this didn't really help, but good luck anyway. [ donttread's advice column | Ask donttread A Question ]
