Omgosh! You know what Zeno is! My friend uses that thing, and like no one else even knew what it was, hah that's so funny. From what she used to say about it, she said it hurts like at the beginning, the first couple times you use it. You just have to get used to the feeling, and it gets all hot. She also said it is very effective & if you use it as many times as your supposed to daily then you'll get good results, but if you don't do it atleast 3 times a day, then the pimple won't go away fast. She also said when she started using it her skin peeled, but her dermetologist said that was just a skin reaction, and it's bound to happen when you first start using something your skin isn't used to being in contact with.
