Im extremely shy.Theres this kid i like, but i can never seem to find the courage, or things to talk about with him. any suggestions on how to be less shy or subjects to talk about?

when it comes to guys they are generally quite or should i say very easy to talk to. if you comment on him and talk about him it shows that you are interested in him, also a tip that always works is if you copy a few movements of his body language, for example is he scratches his head, play with you hair and if he rubs his eyes rub urs, make sure that you dont stand or sit with you arms folded - this will make him feel like you dont want to 'communicate' with him. hope i helped, xXxluceexXx - plz rate me xx

hi. im really shy too, or well..i used to be. One way to become less shy i think is to gain self confidence, try working out a little. ive noticed that when im more confortable with myself, im more comfortable with other people, this may work for you.
since you know he is into music and sports, try and follow up on what he likes, if you over hear him talking about a certain football team he likes, ask him "did you see the (team) game?" and comment about it.
if its music ask if he is going to see them live or get their new cd, or if he has it asks how it is.
just start witht the general small talk.
if you have classes with him, ask what the homework was, or if u have the same teachers but at different times, ask what you did in class that day if he has it before you.

I used to be extremely shy when it came to talking to guys i liked but i got over that by getting used to talking to them.
Ask him questions about himself.
You could ask him how his day is going stuff like that.
Talk about the kind of music you both like and other things you guys are into. Find out what you guys have in common.
What sports he is into. If he is on any sports team. What his favorite baseball/basketball team is.
