My boyfriends birthday is coming up and I have no clue what to get him! I've asked him for some ideas but he doesn't give me any good ones. Any Ideas????

It really depends on how long you've been together. I recomend cupcakes. Everyone loves food (almost everyone)!! Maybe a little framed picture of you two together.

Well, you never mentioned his age, or a budget, but I'll do the best I can here.
If you're interested in getting him a store bought gift, try keepin' it simple. Spring for some posters, a leather jacket, nice cologne, a gift card, a nintendo system, or some DVD's.
Or, if he drives... definitely go for a *GAS CARD*. Those are pricey, but he'd love ya for a million years! :P
You could always take him to a fancy dinner. Another option... you could MAKE him dinner!! If you're up to the challenge, you could try stuffed chicken breasts with potatoes of some sort with a fresh garden salad and sundaes for dessert!
Ooooh, or LASAGNA!!
And if you wanna get creative, how 'bout you just go to the park?? Bring a blanket and some music! And pack a picnic lunch, which doesn't have to be difficult. It can consist of turkey sandwiches on slice bread, grapes, watermelon, pretzels, twinkies etc. And make shore you bring a crap load of bread to feed the duckies!!
Another possible suggestion... you could always make him a poster or a photo album. You could deck it out with markers, photographs, quotes and so on.
How about making him some sort of little quilt with protective clear pockets that you can insert pictures into, and take them out to wash easily?

A lot of guys would prefer a gift that they can use and enjoy over something that's solely romantic. You can make him a really nice card or bake cookies, but you should also get something else. I don't know how much money you want to spend, but a video game, DVD, or CD would be a really nice gift. Most guys love hats too, and you can probably get a really nice one for under ten dollars. If you know who his favorite teams are that's great, but if not you can always get him one with something like the Nike logo on it instead. Just remember that whatever you get him or do for him he will absolutely love!

Well what I did for my boyfriend (out of the blue) was I got one of those small "treasure chest" from an arts and crafts store. Then I cut paper into about 100 small rectangles and wrote memories/ reasons I love him. Baking him a cake or batch of cookies could never hurt either (:
