K, so I have no idea what to be for Halloween. I'm broke and need something easy on short notice.

You should look through your closet at some old clothes and see what things you could make your things into... Like making a skirt out of a cut up pair of jeans and material from a torn up old tshirt.. or something to that effect. What I suggest if you really have NO money at all.... you could wear old nasty clothes and be a bum, dress in skimpy stuff and be a "slut" or whatever, or if you have a lot of black stuff and some dark makeup, you could make a "gothic" costume. I hope that helped. Those are definatly sort of cliche, but if you have no money you probably don't have much to work with.

Be a something 4 halloween. What u do is take some old make up u might have and smear it all over your face. Where pj pants that are to small and a old bulky winter jacket and boots w/ socks or tennishoes and knee socks or tights.

use your pj's and just walk around with them.. and if you have curlers put them in your hair and then maybe a rob and a stuffed animal and slippers =] good luck hun <3

ok well i was gonna be this.... be a bunny!! it dosent have to be a play boy bunny if your parents wont let you say you are being an animal bunny wear a black leatard and like fishnets like neon colors like pink ones or orange ones or lime green or w/e you can always do black ones if you want or you can do a colored leatard too get bunny ears and then take like a puff boa ball on your butt and that would be soo cute!!!
so you could do neon fishnets & neon leatard, neon fishnets & black leotard, black fishnets neon leotard or black fishnets & black leotard

Angel - wear all white and make a halo out of an old headband and some tinsel or a bent wire coathanger. Wings could be card or you could leave them out.
Devil - wear all red and make a red tail out of red tights or other material. Buy some horns, they're really cheap, and make/buy a pitchfork.
Witch - wear all black, buy a hat, make a broom. Stick a cuddly toy black cat on the end.
Half devil/angel - wear white and red.
Fallen angel - wear all black with a halo and white wings.
Hag - get some old clothes and 'rag them up' (rip them a bit, maybe dye them grey or cover them in dust lol, sew on some patches) and then wear a big cape or cloth or something and put it over your head too. You could use a table cloth for this too.
Skeleton - cut out bone shapes and stick them on black outfit.

Just do what i'm doing-- Be a Driver's License!!! Cut out a big flat piece of cardboard. Then, Cut a square hole where your head should be. (where the pic. would normally be) Then write you're name, adress, height, weight, gender, etc. Finally, add the signature! If it is easier, attatch a pole onto the bottom to hold it up by. Hope I helped.. people will probably think this is really clever (i hope, because its what i'm being!!)
