Fisrt if you guys are going out then ask him how he feels about you
if you guys are not going out then ask him out or just say youi know what I like it when you smile but you have not been latley so what has been on your mind it is me or jsut some famiy problems or something
so just ask him in a nice way and don't jsut jump to conclusions
