OMG OK! READY SET GO!
So. There's this completely obnoxious girl on my soccer team and I have no idea what to do with her! She tries so hard but she's just so not good at all, and she's irritating beyond belief and totally thinks she's captain, but really nobody listens to her and we all just make fun of her behind her back. I feel really awful about it, but I can't stop myself because it's just so fun to laugh at her terribleness. Plus, she makes a really great scapegoat. Dearest Hayley, what the crap do I do?

all i can tell you is...let her know who wears the pants on the team. dont be afraid to use your vocals, and to totally prove this girl wrong. :) and if it goes way to far, and you still dont know what to do, no be afraid to use a hammer.
