Never heard of it, but I would say it's a variation of "kiss my ass". Somehow it's meant to be more creative or clever. But what does it mean? In most literature, "ego" is equivalent to "self" and "identity". Perhaps "kiss my ego" means if you don't like who I am you can kiss my ass.

Ego has two meanings....
1. An exaggerated sense of self-importance. Meaning that they think more of themselves than they should.
2. In psychoanalysis it is the part of the psyche that is in contact with external reality. It controls thought and behavior.
So when they say kiss me on my ego, they are saying kiss my self-importance or kiss my conscious thought.
I think, however, that they used to term incorrectly. Therefore you should point at them and call them hurtful names. Now they could have meant Eggo. Which is a brand of waffle. In that case the correct usage would have been "Leggo my Eggo." The addition of biznatch or beyotch to the end is of course optional.

It's how greatly you think of yourself. Like, some guy that think they're the shit, look better than everyone else, and can beat up whoever they want have big egos. Girls can have them too.
