does doing squats really make your theighs smaller?

yes if you have fat legs but if you dont have fat legs it makes them more muscular which kinda makes them bigger but its good cause its in muscle ♥ Kelley ♥

Doing squats help work the innner thigh. it may make them smaller if you do them consistently.

i dont think it'll REALLY make them smaller, but they will tighten and firm your theighs which would kinda make it seem like your theighs are smaller.

This all depends on your body type. Sqats build muscle which means if you are very prone to developing muscles, like I am, than your thighs will actually get bigger because your muscle will grow. To achieve smaller thighs is nearly impossible other than hoping that a low cal HEALTHY diet will help. Thighs are fat deposits for women, so if you've hit hormines, your thighs probably aren't gonna ever get to be like those stick thin girls probably in your classes. Don't worry though, most guys like girls with thighs a certian amount because it adds shape to your body. Hope this helps. :)

no. that should only tone your thighs. in order to make your thighs smaller you have to work them out AND diet
