Well I have been dealing with an impulse control disorder called Trichillomania. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's a disorder in which you have impulses to pull out your own hair. Well about a year ago I started pulling out my eyebrows, I have pulled them all out and they have been this way for that amount of time. I keep plucking them out every time a new one grows in. Well now I am in therapy for this and taking anti-depressant medication(Zoloft) which has helped the intensity go away to pull. Now my eyebrows are starting to grow back. It has taken them a week to finally start growing back without me touching them. I was wondering how long do you think it will take for them to be fully grown back in, and is there anything I can do to make them grow faster? Rogaine? I heard it works, but not so sure.

Just like, I've never heard of anyone shaving their head b/c they thought their hair would grow back thicker. But anyway, the hairs up there always grow back pretty fast for me and the same with my friend(<< one time she decided to shave her eyebrows and accidently shave her eyebrow off b/c she was using a new razor and she slipped.). But yeah, give it another week. It seriously shouldnt take too long. [ capiTANfishE's advice column | Ask capiTANfishE A Question ]

Rogaine only works on certain people depending on the person but it may work for you so you should try it. I also found a cite called billiondollarbrows.com that looks interesting or may to you. I'm not sure what exactly Rogaine does, but I think you're just gonna have to hold out and wait for them to grow back...mine took around a month maybe? Maybe shorter. Don't use any drugs to make them grow back until you're absolutely sure of it's effects.
In the meantime, go to your local cosmetic store and buy a good eyebrow pencil and use it to define them more. Don't over do it though, you dont want to end up looking completely fake! Just try to make it look as natural as possible.
