If you are cheerleader can you help me? I am trying to pull a lib but it just isnt working! The first day I did it, it was like clockwork, but the last 2 days have been a GIANT PAIN IN THE BEHIND trying to get it...please help!

xRoOxiSxBlOnDex answered Wednesday October 19 2005, 9:45 am: First of all, you're probably just tired from doing it RIGHT. CONGRATS ON THAT BY THE WAY!! (= Just keep working at it, and make sure that you have a steady group and you aren't switching all the time; that'll make it harder to learn it right. But once you have it try switching around & practicing more. And try to do some drills, stuff like walk ins, on your own, just so you have the general idea.

Backspot.. or base. if your a flyer then go up totally clean.. and then hit it on a certain count and be really tight so you don't fall, and make sure your don't lean back or you will probablly tip over. if your a base then make sure your not too far away from the other base bk that makes it alot harder and heavier, and lift some weights so you have stronger arms and legs bk without strong legs you will be a sucky base and it will be wicked hard.. And if your a backspot (like me) than make sure to start you don't go down on your knee but like squat so when you push her butt up you have alot more power.
