navel piercing
my navel piercing is really bruised i got it done a couple of months ago and it is still bruised i am pretty sure its not infected what is wrong with it and will the bruise ever go away??? :<

Everyone is different and heal at a different rate. There are almost always complications with navel piercings, if this "bruise" is giving you pain, I would make a stop by the piercing place you got it done at and ask what it is and how to treat it.

mine healed in 5 weeks..by bruised do you mean purplish?? i dont get it when you say its still "bruised"?!

Everyone's body is different. Mine stayed bruised for about a month or so. If you're worried, go see a doctor. (= Or your school nurse.

Ew, why would you get a navel piercing in the first place??
Go to the person who gave you the piercing or your doctor or something. Because "maybe" the doctor will know.

Some bruises take months to heal, so you shouldn't worry about it that much. :] If you don't think it's infected, then it's probably fine and just taking its time healing. Unless it seems like something is really wrong, dont worry :)
