clothes dye

ok so i have this really cute skirt, but its BRIGHT orange, i want to dye it black, what type of dye do i use though, and where can i get it, also its 100% cotton if that helps

Why did you buy it if you didn't like the color? Just wondering. To turn the skirt black, go to a craft store in your area and go to the section where there are blank tee shirts and fabric paints, around there they should have fabric die. If you can't find it, try ordering online.
