Maybe give some free advice about: Nutrition? thinkpink03 answered Saturday October 15 2005, 10:37 am: Well basically you need to remember 2 things when youre trying to lose weight : eating healthy AND exercise. most people think its just one or the other for example if you eat at mcdonalds and then run on a tredmill, its good excercise not exactly good food for losing weight. so make sure you are eating vegetables, fruit, protein, dairy, etc. each day some more than others. snacks are okay i would just say a low-fat one and only one. for excercising do whatever you want, swim, jog, ride a bike, dance, play a sport, go to a gym, hike, anything that burns calories quick.
