i'd wait about a month, just so she had all the time she needed for her to get over him. but you can hang out with her to 'cheer her up', like you can rent movies, go to the movie theatres with other friends along, have dinner at her/your house with family, etc. and when she is over him just casualy ask, "hey, have you ever thought about what it would be like if we were more than friends?" it should st least get her thinking about it if she hasnt already. hope i helped

Drop hints that you like her when you hang out. After she gets over her breakup ask her out. Even if she was the one that broke up with him it can still be difficult. Hope we helped!

Wait on telling her what's on your mind. She's still probably hurting a little bit from this last relationship so you should give her time. Possibly even up to 4 months. If you've waited 2 years for her, I think you can wait a little longer. By waiting, you will give her a chance to get over things so that your not just a rebounder.

Hope that helped!
