math problem?

im having trouble with this math problem, i dont even know where to start. im in geometry and i suck at math like very badly, and this teacher gives us these random word problems at times and i dont get this one. any help would be greatly appreciated (=

heres the word problem:
how long will it take a mile-long train going 20 miles per hour to get completely through a 2-mile-long tunnel? explain your thinking at each stef and your answers.

Ok, I'll take a stab at this. :)

2 miles is 1/10 of 20 miles, so...

I think you do 60/10 because there's 60 mins in an hour, so that would be 6 seconds. I think that's right, but I'm not sure. Hope I helped!
