I have liked this guy for a long time, and we've just recently become friends. He is really nice to me and always makes me crack up. He's completely perfect but I have no idea if he likes me. I'm afraid to ask him, because it might scare him off. How do I know if he likes me? Is it lame for a girl to ask a guy out?

Just say something like"I like you more than a friend but we dont have to go there if you dont want to i was just hoping you would want to b/c i like you a lot" [ grndayfrk13's advice column | Ask grndayfrk13 A Question ]

It's not lame for a girl to ask a guy out. Some guys even expect girls to be the ones to take the first step. My guy friend says that, with girls in this time, they wont take initiative, and guys can't be expected to ask or bring up things for ever and ever.
