If I could do a project for a science fair it would probably be the effects of people staying up for three straight days. Wait, I guess that's not really science, but rather psychology. Nevermind, sorry.

Yes, but testing beauty products would be good. You could also do like the waterproof mascaras and then wet your face and take a Kleenex and wipe lightly to see if it is "really" waterproof. You could also do that with no smudge eyeliner and stay on all day lipstick. Good idea!

Once I did a project that tests nailpolishes. I used 3 different brands and recorded how long each one lasted. You can take notes on them everyday.

you could see which brand of mascara clumps the least after a certain number of coats. pick 3 or 4 different brands of mascara and apply 1 then 2 then 3 coats. and see which brand clumps the most after 1 coat then 2 then 3. or you could see how long it takes the mascara to dry after a certain number of coats. and you pretty much do the same as the other idea.

although many schools have rules and regulations about test on yourself, other people or animals. like my school...if you were go to do something like you wanted to do, you had to have a scientist supervise you and you had to have consent from the company. so enless you already know that it will be okay i suggest you check with your school before doing it.

~hope i helped

heyy thats a real girly and creative project to do i think you should test the downside of make-up .. maybe like why nail polish smells so bad. You could even do something like how does mascara really make your eyelashes stay up. I would certainly want to know this tuff. the long lipstick idea is a good one too. wish you the best of luck with your project and i hope my advice helps!
