can women die from having sex in water?

Definately Not, unless they die from something completely unrelated, or something that would normally happen because of sex outside of the wate.

No. If you keep your head above water (to prevent drowning), you should be fine. Many women enjoy water (hot tub, etc). You may need extra lubrication and a water-based lubricant will wash right off (so you don't want that). Try a silicone-based one for water activities. Best wishes.
