How scary is the movie Hide and Seek? See, we're thinking of watching it at my Halloween party, but I get scared VERY easily and get nightmares and stuff - basically I'm a wimp lol!! If it's really really scary, does anyone have any suggestions of movies that are good, scary but not terrifying (from a wimp's point of view lol)?
We've already seen Blair Witch Project, Signs, The Ring (what is Ring 2 like?), Sixth Sense and both Final Destinations and don't really wanna watch them again.
Thanks!!
A few of my personal favorites..(some are kind of creepy..some not creepy at all..some are older..some are newer)
Slumber party massacre 2 (The best)
Any of the Halloween movies
Pet semetary
Friday the 13th
The exorcist
The shining
Children of the corn
Stigmata
For some reason i can't think of very many right now..but that should be good enough.

When you finish the movie listen to some music that gets your mind off the movie or watch a really funny movie/t.v. show at night after the scary movie is over!! that's what i do sometimes...helps!! hope i helped!

Imperialistic answered Thursday October 6 2005, 8:44 pm: Instead of seeing a gory movie, try a thriller with less bloody scenes or frightening images.
Check out a few mystery/murder flicks like I Know What You Did Last Summer and I Still Know What You Did Last Summer, The Glass House, Takin Lives et cetera.
The Ring 2 isn't just less scary, it's downright boring. I recommend you avoid it at all costs unless you want your party to be a flop. [ Imperialistic's advice column | Ask Imperialistic A Question ]

ANd im a scardey cat too lol. and theres this one part where the guy opened a box and i started screaming so loud when there was nothing in it aha. SO if you want like a movie thats really nothing, then pick that. Its still a very good movie, just not too scary.
