Losing Weight I want to lose 10 pounds in about a week. I know that's very difficult to do but I'm willing to put a lot of effort into it. Any idea's on how I could do this while still eating and not going anorexic and staying healthy and/or ways to exercise? Meal/snack ideas? =( I really want to lose the weight. Please help.

I suggest doing at least 30 mins. of some type of cardio exercise in the morning before breakfast so as to speed up your metabolism during the day. Also have a big breakfast, small snack, medium lunch, small snack, and small dinner. If you can, lift some light weights. I lost 20 pounds in one month last may, then another 20 in the next month. It was a healthy way. I ran 2 miles every morning, joined a gym, and began a diet called the raw vegan diet. Info on this diet is found on [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). GOOD LUCK I have never gained so much confidence or have felt so good in my life since i began to diet and exercise, plus the benefits of girls(and soem boys) actually giving me a look. ]
okay, my advice to you is that you probably should not expect to lose this much so soon. you need to know that it takes time to lose weight. eat healthily!!!!! thts the most important thing. if you eat junk food and say "ill work it off" thts not good! you need to be eating healthily!! eat at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day. try salad. salad is very healthy and is a good part of a healthy diet.
also, join a sport, go and burn off all that you eat. if you eat healthy and excersize or do something that pumps up your heart rate, then its very good for you

well i know this is hard to do but try getting sick..yea i know weird but when i got sick for a week i lost like 8,9 pounds and when i came back to school every one was like omg u look sooo skinny! soo yea it works ]
the best way is to do it healthy. soo here are a few tips & ideas.
-make sure you sleep 9-10 hrs, it probably sounds dumb but it does help.
-eat all 3 meals, decent sized. juss don't over do it.
-eat a good sized breakfast. if you don't, your body goes into starvation mode & doesn't burn calories, so you either gain weight er stay the same weight.
-eat every 3 hrs if possible. it helps your metabolism, but don't eat junk. eat foods that are good for you like fruit, veggies, crackers, etc. maybe yogurt too
-exercise a good amount. 1-2 hrs a day is fine. 7 days a week would be best, but you don't have to run miles er anything like that. only if you want to. try jogging, maybe swimming, basketball, soccer, volleyball, etc.
-drink a lot of water, but not too much, & stay hydrated.
