I can tell you what I would do--I would wear a Gothic Lolita style dress and all my guests would do the same, and we would have a tea party. It would probably cost about $6,000 dollars because we'd all have to buy dresses from Japan, and then I'd have to get the antigue table and the tea set and everything. That's what I would do because that's the way I would want it, but it might not be your style. The only one who can decide the right birthday party for you is YOU. Though I highly suggest just having a regular party--have some friends over for however long they want and eat some cake. It should only cost as much as the cake costs, unless you want to get some balloons and streamers as well...you can get them very cheap at the dollar store. You and your friends could all go out to a restaraunt..thats reasonably priced...and if your parents will then have them pay for the dinner but if not..just let your friends know that they would have to pay for their own food! It's so0o0o much fun! It should be 2 hours..thats the perfect amount of time! happy b-day!! ♥ caitie [ x0blu3eyedbeautyx0's advice column | Ask x0blu3eyedbeautyx0 A Question ]
