You don't lose your virginity until a penis penetrates your vagina. There is always a chance your hymen can get broken doing A LOT of things, even as simple as using a tampon. So while you might have had that happen, you're still a virgin by society's standards. [ sillyrob's advice column | Ask sillyrob A Question ]

Cipher answered Saturday October 1 2005, 3:07 pm: A Virgin is defined in the dictonary as:
# a person who has never had sex
# Virgo: (astrology) a person who is born while the sun is in Virgo
# being used or worked for the first time; "virgin wool"
# Virgo: the sixth sign of the zodiac; the sun is in this sign from about August 23 to September 22
# pure: in a state of sexual virginity; "pure and vestal modesty"; "a spinster or virgin lady"; "men have decreed that their women must be pure and virginal"
Technically, having not had sex yet, you are still a virgin, in some socities, you might not be considered a virgin because many people believe that ANY sexual act is considred a "loss of virginity" but you still are a virgin. [ Cipher's advice column | Ask Cipher A Question ]
