Homecoming is October 29, 2005, and I want to look my best and be in better shape than what I am. I wear like 120 and my tummy is poking out a little. Can someone please help me with remedies, or excersices or something please like asap.
dreamist16 answered Friday September 30 2005, 5:26 am: ok this one is important if you want to stay skinny, never ever eat before you go to bed, you cant burn the weight off because you are laying down for 6-8 hours. also if you eat healthy thats dont make so many pounds and i do cross counrty and that keeps me really fit, so if you do a 20-30 min. job each day , and then if you want do half a mile- to a mile in 1hour.
thats what i can think of right now after all its 5:26 am

Curemysadness answered Thursday September 29 2005, 11:59 pm: In order to get a flatter stomach, you would need to start doing this as soon as possible. Do 25-50 crunches and 25-50 sit-ups every nite. You could also do a few sets if you wanted to. Do 25 of each in the morning, 25 in the afternoon and 25 before you go to bed. You don't necessarily HAVE to do that many, but for the best results, that is what I would recommend! You could also run everyday for like 30 minutes or something! Good luck!
