what are some healthy ways i can relieve stress? besides eating. I have a habit to eat everything in site when i am stressed. but i dont gain anything. maybe that is why. im 15 and weigh 90 lbs. so, i need a healthier way to relieve stress. what is a good way to relieve stress when i am at school? because i cant eat everything in sight at school. an average lunch i take in 450 calories. Not today! i was under a whole lot of stress and i took in about 900! so yeah. i need a healthy way to relieve stress other than eating!

If you are looking for a hobby then play sports, get into a good book, pick up origami, think about an activity that makes you happy and do that! Discord answered Monday September 26 2005, 5:01 pm: I have the same problem, only I take it out on my poor fingernails. I find it helps if you try to do something with your hands. Take up drawing or writing, twiddle with a pencil, whatever keeps you occupied. For me, music is the best stress reliever. Listen to your headphones as often as you can, anything along those lines.
