You should try to stop putting on lotion because that is supposed to moisturize your skin. I think it also may be passed down form your parents or relatives so there may be nothing you can do about it. Just try to stop putting on lotion because that is to make your skin less dry.

Hmm there is a condition called hyperhydrosis when no matter what youre hands are sweaty, but hyperhydrosis is when theyre almost dripping with sweat, but you can try deoderants like certain dri that you get in walgreens or jewel, and just put it on and rub it in at night, or if that doesnt help you can go to the derm or order this suff called 'dry-sol' it works realy good on underarms i dont see why it wouldnt work on palms. Good luck!!

WTF answered Monday September 26 2005, 4:07 pm:
have both hands face you, and put them side by side, pinky to pinky. rub up and down for 20 seconds, and apparently theyll stop shaking and all that stuff. it might not work with clammy, but try it out
