okay at the tip of my boobs like where A baby sucks from them I sometimes get stuff there (I dont know what to call it) I quess skin its like I can pick at it and it comes off I just truly dont know what the deal is and what it even is and if it's normal so someone please tell me its so hard to explain?

Have your breasts been growing resently...if yes, it may just be the fact that your skin is stretching...and it not being use to it, would cause your skin to peel. I'm not sure though...I would probably bring it up with my mom. But...it may just be your skin not knowing what to do from the growing process, if your chest has been growing...then it is probably normal.
