They have tons of vegi and healthy alternatives for everyday meals. [ TaintedPurity's advice column | Ask TaintedPurity A Question ]

Like ettmamme(sp?), cucumbers, carrots, and celelry. They're good to snack on. For meals tofu stir frys are good and yummy. Just add terriaki sauce and green beans or whatever else you like. Tuna fish is a good lunch, just be careful to get kinds without murcery. Albacore does I think. You can make wraps with tortillas. Add lettuce and vegetables. Be creative and make sure you don't have too many carbs. Pasta is good for you but if you over-do it you may end up being chubby. My friend (the vegetarian one) has gotten very ovrweight because of eating too many carbs. Be careful!!! [ Saynotogymclass's advice column | Ask Saynotogymclass A Question ]
