Gelatin helps with nail hardness and growth, so eating a lot of jell-o may help! Also you can get stuff to put on your nails to help strengthen them.

It could have something to do with your hyperhydrosis, see a dermatologist about it and see if they can recommend anything.
In the mean time buy a nail hardner. You can usually get them in drugstores.

For the nail polish, try a long lasting nail polish something by L'Oreal or something. Make sure you put more than one coat on.

My nails used to come off in layers that you can peel off. Try some nail hardener products, I find Sally Hansen nail stregtheners best. You need to find a doctor to help with the sweaty hands problem, but if you take a little baby powder and rub it on your hands that may help a little bit with the sweat, because I sweat a lot everywhere and baby powder helped a lot. Good Luck!
