What does the line in 'Sugar We're Going Down' by Falloutboy "Wishing to be the friction in your jeans" mean?

My interpretation of it would be that he wants to so bad to be close to that girl that even just being the friction in her jeans would be wonderful for him. "Oh don't mind me I'm watching you two from the closet
Wishing to be the friction in your jeans
Isn't it messed up how I'm just dying to be him" That would be where I think this. It also may be something like the other said - something that turns you on.

the friction in your jeans, to me, seems to be a euphemism for what "turns you on." you're probably better off asking pete wentz, though. ;)
