I'm not really sure what you're asking, but I'll try.

Before you gradute high school, start applying to either community colleges or universities, as well as for financial aid. Community colleges give two year degrees, either AA (Associate of Arts) or AS (Associate of Science), as well as certificates that take less than two years.

I recommed that you visit a local college or university and take a tour. Pick up all of the information that you can. They should have a book available that lists the degrees that they offer, as well as the classes that you have to take to get that degree. When you are in your last semester and you have no more classes left, you apply for graduation, and then if you meet all the requirements for the degree you applied for, you graduate with that degree in a ceremony similar to a high school graduation.

You are an undergraduate if you have not yet received your Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS). You are doing graduate studies if you are working on your Masters Degree.

College of Science, College of Medicine, etc. are usually terms used within a University simply to differentiate between their different programs. For example, UCF has a College of Education, but you still go to the same campus as the other UCF students.

When you graduate high school, you will be an undergraduate whether you go to community college or a university. I suggest that you talk to a guidance counselor in college during your senior year to make sure that you have everthing that you need.
