okay if a boy writes you a note after you write but he gives you his number and he says you look good and ya'll look good together then he invites you to his house and you go and yall watch movies but yall dont even really kno each other really really really good yall just talk sometimes wat is that telling you?
And your friend (boy) supposedly likes you but he's jealous that you like the other boy and he kisses you on the lips and askes for another kiss and he has a girlfriend and you dont kiss him wats that telling you?

You're friend is crossing a line and should realize this. It's okay to be jealous, that can't be helped, but he shouldn't try anything with you while he knows you don't feel the same way and he is in a relationship. Tell him something along these lines if you think something should be done about this.
As for this other guy you like, don't rush into a relationship with him. As you probably already know, that will always be awkward. Get to know him first. Go get something to eat somewhere or go to a movie instead of going straight to his place before you get to know him. Wait until you're actually comfortable around him and he doesn't seem like he's almost a stranger.

hmm they both probably like you but you shouldn't do anything with your friend that has a gf. it isn't right. try to tell the other guy how you feel about him & stuff, but you have to let your friend know that you guys can't do anything since he has a gf & all.
