i have this pain behind my eyes and its like a headache but behind my eyes. It comes and goes all the time like sometimes it can be twice a week and then other times i can get it twice a month. sometimes i have to be sick because its that bad and have to sleep it off. I have no idea what it can be but i have been told i have a tiny perscription to wear glasses but that its that slight i probably won't even notice.
Juicygirl answered Saturday September 10 2005, 9:16 pm: I know exactly what you're going through since the same thing happened to me. During freshman year I kept feeling a throbbing pain behind my eyes that bothered me constantly. I was already recommended for glasses (I couldn't see things far away as clearly) but I put it off for awhile before seeing an optemologist. After my eye tests he asked me if there were any other questions or concerns. That's when I told him about the eye pains I've been having. He said that there was no problem, as long as I keep using my glasses driving, watching television, etc. I switched over to contacts awhile ago but I never experienced the behind the eyes pain again. If it's headaches that hurt as bad as those and soreness in the eyes it qualifies as an emergency and not something to try and sleep off. If you have trouble in emergency at the hospital get an eye doctor optomologist not the other kind to take a look. It matters not what the prescription for glasses said as things can develop after all that. [ GDROB's advice column | Ask GDROB A Question ]
