cheerleading im in a junior cheerleading squad (we do both pom and cheer) and i want to try out for pom next yr for my first yr of highschool i am one of the most unflexible people i no...but i can do most jumps..i cannot do splits...heelstreches scorpians.....will i make it and is ther any way to stretch out??? i hate the thing bout my spellin so0o dont reply about my spelling ill rate u very low!! k thnx!

just do streches everyday, once in the morning and once at night. like spread your legs out and reach down, put one leg in one leg out and reach to your leg, the butterfly strech, etc. whatever stretches you out. i would also suggest measuring your splits every month. you do a split and measure how far your butt is from the ground. the less inches, the better. you should do this for all 3 splits, right split(the split when you have your right leg in front) left split, and center. this way you can see your progress. another good practice is to hold your splits(once again, all three)for a minute. when you do splits just remember to relax and take deeep breathes.
