Well I knoe exactly how you feel w. the whole pad situation because when I wear them I feel like im wearing diapers. lol. I think that the only reason the tampons are hurting you is because your not inserting them properly. If you read the labels on the tampon box it'll explain exactly how to get the tampon in w. out any pain. If this still doesn't work you might try to use extra slim tampons instead of the regular ones until your used to the feeling. Good Luck!! anne_givings answered Saturday September 3 2005, 10:16 pm: well the thing i learned about tampons is if they hurt you arent putting them in right.... so if some grocery store you go to has platex teens get those and they have like... directions-- i just learned on my own, but you should try smooth glides and such cause they are much easier to start out with! now i dont even consider using a pad
hope i helped!

LoveNJstyle answered Saturday September 3 2005, 10:13 pm: well your gonna hve to wear one of them during your period! unless you want a big ole stain or puddle under ya. so for pads, dont get super de duper bulky ones...go thin. they shouldnt be a huge problem. as for tampons...they shouldnt hurt. try a smaller one and relax your muscles...use a mirror to help you get in it and out. <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]
