abbs and butt and love handles

does anybody have any good workouts for abbs butt and love handles?? i really need to start working out! but i dont know any work outs that work....

first you should put running in your working out..because its sheds pounds all over do crunches for your abs..and squats for your butt..for the love handles you lay on your back and have your hand parallel with your should and dont lift it. then you do crunches but go to the sides instead of the middle..hard to explain but if you need more just leave one in my inbox
