umm when they ask if you can lick your elbow, they're asking if you can lick your elbow, lol.. it means exactly what it says. the answer's always no because no one can ever, ever lick their own elbow. and if you try to lick your elbow, it's just going to look really funny

um i think it's a joke because like nobody can do that. your tongue can't reach it and your arm can only bend towards your mouth so much. i'm sure SOME people could but i don't know any. on the other hand, i don't really ask people either lol. they probably just want to see if you can, because if you can that's probably pretty rare lol. or how flexible you are. or just to see you look stupid...who asked you? friends or some mean people? mean people is probably a joke. friends might be too, but as a friendly one most likely. anyways hope this helps!! =)

its just somethin thats imposible (likcing your elbow, because your upper arm is longer than your tounge can reach, and your bone cant bend), unless your shoulders are double jointed.. it doesnt mean anything really, except just that its not something humanly possible... unless your like wayy flexible... its kinda just a game people play, because it makes the person whos trying to do it look stupid...
