My poem..Rate please
Hi..Before I put my poem in I have to say, it's disappointing that there isnt an Arts & Literature section.
Secondly, heres my poem.(It's about loseing friends..like not deathwise but friendships ending.)
Memories
I remember how we used to laugh together
We barely ever fought, we got along just fine
We always said we'd be friends forever..
But now you say the fault of our friendships ending is mine
I dont understand what I ever did to you to make you hate me
You wont even hear me out
I was always there as a shoulder to cry on
To help you when you were in doubt
Sure, I had problems with my other friends
I worked things out with them
That's when you decided our friendship had to end.
So what it seems to me is that you cant accept who else I'm friends with
Do you really think its fair?
I accepted everyone else you hung out with
If I didnt like your friends, I shrugged it off and didnt care
But now I've learned that I dont need you
I have other great friends whom I know are true.
So what I'm trying to say is sorry for your loss.
I figured out that friendships dont always last.
I see you have moved on and so have I.
I need to stop living in the past,
And continue living my life..

Hey that poem was a really nice poem. It was ahsum because it came from your heart and what u were feeling. Int he future I suggest that you explain in more details of what your feeling. It was kind of murky to me how you felt about all of that at some parts. Please explain better! Hope to hear your next poem.
