song on laguna beach

I was watching Laguna Beach today, and a song came up. It's during the part where Stephen suprises LC on Valentine's Day...the song sounded so familiar and I really liked it and I'm hoping to download it. I would search for it myself but I forgot the lyrics so, please help. :) Thanks in advance!

Wow! I watched laguna beach today too! Same episode and I totally wanted the same song to download on my computer! I wondered what it was. I did a little research on the net for you and it came up with some pretty good results. try going to www.stlyrics.com tell me if it works!
