ok, I'm asking you this because you seem to know alot about this. I'm about 5' 5" and I weigh 156 pounds I'm officially overweight but do you have any tips on how to slim down without my parents noticing? (they will think it's just a "phase". My goal is to be able to look good in a bikini
Just eat less but don't stop and don't go over board like food must be in my tummy ever min. eat like a little every one or two hours because if you like eat just 2 huge meals a day doesn't mean "Oh yea this is soo healthy" because loosing weight is letting you stomache digest food like say you eat watermelon (like i am right now :P) only wat a little (like 5 pieces) then lay down take a rest or go out side walk a little do somthing to let is digest so you don't have extra wieghing you down. Or just do maybii walk around/jog around your house (yes i kno it is dumb but I mean if you fall you have you house right there haha and creepy people won't be like ohhh want some cookies? ha ha) WARNING: If you chose to excersise more than eat a little less, then your wrong. You need energy but don't get me wrong you don't want to over do it just eat like you know a healthy food. Apple, orange, bananana, ect. Lets say you dont have that. Drink some fruit juice or some water. I don't thinkg you should have milk or something because for some reason i think it may like make you tired or i don't know i just don't suggest it.
