calories i'm watching my weight... when checking lables, should i go by the calories, or the calories from fat?

uhh calories in general, but more important are carbs and sugars, lay off those if you're watchin your weight

I think you should watch both because the are pretty the same!but really check out the calories of fat now that gets you bigger! ]
go by calories from fat, sodium, carbs, and sugar. you don't want too much of any of them. and you shouldn't go by just one, because sometimes there are few calories, but it's really high in everything else, and that's not healthy ]
both, you want to see how many total calories there are, and how many of them come from fat, if more than half of them are fat calories...you probably shouldnt eat it. also look at the other stuff on the label like the %daily values. :) ]
Um, they're the same thing. Look for carbs AND calories. ]
