showers and baths whenever i get out of showers and baths (i take hot showers and baths not cold, more towards the warmer side) i always feel out of breath. i mean, i got out of my shower, grabbed my towels and walked to the computer about 3 minutes ago and i'm still breathing fast. am i getting over heated? i don't use hot-tub hot water, and at the end of my showers i put it on cold water for 30 seconds or so to cool off. same w/baths i'll run cold water.

Yea, you are definitely overheating. The problem here is that you are really hot and then turning the water on cold. When you change from hot to cold that quickly your lungs close up. This could be dangerous if you change temps dramatically. As you change the water from hot to cold, do it slowly. Bringing it from hot>room temperature>cold. This way you dont close up your lungs & get out of breath. Good luck. ]
You might be a little over temp but you're fine. If you start blacking out, turn the temperature down. ]
hey hun, you are overheating your self! i do the exact same thing! sometimes i get sick and feel really dizzy and light headed and almost puke! dont make your showers so frippin hot! and if you do make them hot, then before you get out of the shower, rinse your body off with cold water for at least 2 minutes. ]
