It helped you burn calories, and it fills you up as food would. Water also helps clear out certain things in your body that are bad for you<3 [ emotedardorxx4's advice column | Ask emotedardorxx4 A Question ]

If you drink it everyday, it will be good because you wont be getting any calories, fat, etc. from your drink && also water is good for your body!

Water is extremely healthy for you. Not only will it help you to not eat a lot, and not only will it wash away toxins in your body, but it'll also leave your skin much more radiant.
Mackenzie answered Friday August 26 2005, 3:58 am: Well, for one thing.. water has zero calories.
One can of soda contains 150 calories. Now tell me this... who only has ONE can of soda?? And how many cans of soda does someone go through in one day?? More than one!! And how many cans of soda is that in a week?? A lot.
It refreshes your body and gives you the ability to be more active. Also, water fills you up. I'm not suggesting to replace food WITH water, but I learned years ago that when you feel *hungry, it might just be your body asking for water, make sense??
